My dual iBook temperature snapshot. This is the temperature at the hard disk level..the CPU's temperature never bothers me ;-). Some details: OS X. Camino (web browser) and Musahi (email client) running. the thermal probe was slided under the hard disk, with no way to improve the thermal contact...and do not forget that heat goes up! -> and now, viewing this temperature when the hard drive is no sollicited at all, I hesitate to remplace this hard drive by a bigger and more speedy one :-(
